I've been reading Eckhardt Tolle, A New Earth. It has been very enlightening and helps me live in my NOW moment. I'm just about done, and the best part of this book to me is at the end.

I've supposedly known about my NOW moment for years, but I guess I'm still learning. That means I'm on a journey and I will make the trip fun.

Not much going on in here lately it seems so I thought
to break the silence. Hope everyone is feeling healthy and
balanced heading into the new season. I had a good equinox
weekend participating in a sweat lodge based on Native
American tradition on an isolated piece of land in the high
plains in the foothills of the mountains. It was a beautiful
day in the mid-60's. Sort of odd for this time of the year.
